Board of Trustees

ASBA Board is the supreme governing and supervisory body.

ASBA Board members are prominent leaders of various reputable organizations, including two members from the Netherlands.

   

  

Mr. Rudy de Jong, the President Supervisory Board of ASBA Foundation, is working in the Dutch Social Housing sector for 30 years and was during 20 years Chief Executive of a big Housing Association. Since 5 years he expanded his activities to the European level. Till 2014 Rudy de Jong was a Policy Advisor on European Affairs for AEDES, the Dutch Federation for Social Housing. Also, he has been nominated as the President of Aedex-IPD Dutch Social Housing Index since January 2012 and the President of the Supervisory Board of Social Housing Association WbvG since May 2012. Currently he is a Policy Advisor Dutch Social Housing.


 

 

Mr. Peter Korzelius is an experienced professional in housing sector for more than 30 years. He was the managing director of SWW social housing organization for 8 years. His international experience includes consultancy in housing projects in Czech Republic, Poland, Slovak Republic and Russia. Currently he is a member of the Board of Groen West social housing organization.

 

 


 

 

Mr. Armen Khalatyan has rich experience in coordinating and managing a number of projects implemented by international organizations mainly in rural areas. Currently he works as a project coordinator at UMCOR Armenia, Sustainable Cooperative Extension and Agricultural Development Program (SCEAD). In the past, Mr. Khalatyan has been managing large programs and projects to improve social infrastructure in rural communities of Armenia.   


   

 

Mr. Gagik Makaryan is the Head of the Republic Union of Employers of Armenia. He has over 30 years of professional experience in different spheres of economy. Currently he occupies the position of the Executive Director at “Hay Consult”. He is also a lecturer on “Quality Management Systems” topic with several education institutions.
