ASBA believes that each family and person has a right for decent, reliable and affordable housing.

ASBA develops, owns and manages affordable social housing stock.

ASBA Foundation has been established in Armenia as Armenian-Dutch Partnership in the field of social affordable housing.

ASBA Board members are prominent leaders and experts from Armenia and the Netherlands.

We aim at:

developing affordable housing stock in Armenia
boosting innovative sustainable housing management in Armenia
advocating for development of legislation supporting affordable social housing
encouraging public and private sectors to cooperate for affordable housing
